Scott has extensive experience in restaurant operations, highlighted by his three years as a restaurant owner. He spent 18 years with Gordon Food Service, where he worked in sales, as a product specialist COP, category manager for chemicals and beverages, department manager, director of category management, and director of marketing. He also served as division president with US Foodservice Twinsburg, and has devoted several years on consulting projects for foodservice firms. In addition to his work in the food industry, Scott coaches baseball at Mason High School in Michigan, and he owns an athletic training academy.
Mike is an entrepreneurial and creative leader with a track record of exceeding expectations. He has more than 20 years of diverse experience spanning management, consulting, marketing, and information technology. He thrives on conceiving innovative ideas, converting concepts to execution plans, and translating business requirements into highly successful initiatives. Mike recently served as Chief Innovation Officer at Telex, an independent subsidiary of Merck & Co. that provides business process outsourcing services specializing in multi-channel patient and consumer engagement. He led rapid expansion through innovation with a strategic focus on and operational execution of product management, information technology, marketing, and strategy functions. Prior to joining Telex, Mike held multiple senior positions at SAP AG and at start-up companies driving growth. He holds a MA in Management from Pennsylvania State University and a BS in Business Administration from Widener University.
